1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the GBet Max platform – including the website at gbetmax.best, any associated mobile interface, or any service provided through the platform – you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

GBet Max is operated for players in the Philippines. These terms govern the relationship between GBet Max and every registered user. 2Eligibility & Registration

One Account Per Person

Accurate Registration Information

3Account Management

Username and Password

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your GBet Max login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person. Account Security

4Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Philippine Payment Methods

GBet Max accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through Philippine-supported payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO Online, BPI Online, UnionBank, InstaPay, PESONet, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards issued in the Philippines. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱).

Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on GBet Max is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though GBet Max may apply additional verification requirements for large single deposits above a specified threshold in line with applicable regulations.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals via InstaPay or PESONet are typically completed within 30 minutes during banking hours, Monday to Saturday.

GBet Max does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. Third-party fees from your bank or e-wallet provider are outside GBet Max's control and may apply depending on your provider's policies.

Pending Bets

Withdrawal requests cannot be processed if you have funds committed to open bets. Wait for all active bets to settle before requesting a withdrawal of those funds. Funds not in open bets can be withdrawn at any time regardless of other pending activity.

5Bonuses & Promotions

Welcome Bonus

GBet Max offers a welcome bonus to new registered players on their first qualifying deposit. Bonus terms are binding and form part of these Terms and Conditions.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued by GBet Max are subject to wagering requirements. This means the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) must be turned over a specified number of times before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Game Weighting

Different game categories may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Typically, slots and arcade games contribute 100% of each bet placed toward the wagering requirement. Bonus Abuse

Expiry

Unclaimed bonuses and bonus funds with incomplete wagering requirements expire after the period stated in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses are removed from your account without compensation.

6Betting Rules

Bet Placement

All bets placed on GBet Max sports betting markets are final once confirmed by the system. GBet Max will not accept or cancel bets after the bet slip has been submitted and confirmed, except in cases of clearly identifiable palpable errors (see below) or events beyond the platform's control. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details before confirming.

Palpable Errors

If GBet Max offers odds or lines that are clearly the result of a pricing or data entry error – for example, odds significantly out of step with the market due to a technical fault – GBet Max reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous odds. Bets voided for this reason will have stakes returned in full. GBet Max will communicate any void decisions as promptly as possible.

Postponed and Cancelled Events

If a sporting event is postponed before it begins, all pending bets on that event are voided and stakes returned. If a match is abandoned after it has started, settlement follows GBet Max's sport-specific rules, which are detailed in the betting help section. In general, if a required number of minutes or periods of play have been completed, bets may be settled on the result at the time of abandonment.

Live Betting

Live in-play betting is available on selected events. Lines during live betting update rapidly and markets may be suspended briefly during key moments. GBet Max is not responsible for technical delays between real-world events and the platform's live odds display. Bets are settled based on the official match result regardless of any display latency.

Maximum Winnings

GBet Max applies maximum payout limits per bet and per day. These limits vary by sport and market and are displayed on the bet slip before you confirm. Winnings exceeding the stated limit will be capped at the published maximum regardless of the odds at which the bet was placed.

7Casino & Games Rules

Random Number Generators

All casino game outcomes on GBet Max – including JILI Slots, Color Game, Pusoy, virtual sports, and RNG card games – are determined by certified Random Number Generator software operated by the respective game providers. GBet Max does not control, influence, or modify individual game outcomes. Results are final and cannot be reversed by GBet Max support.

Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are operated by licensed third-party studios. GBet Max live dealer Baccarat, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger, and Sic Bo results are determined by physical card deals and dice rolls captured on camera. All rounds are recorded. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, bets are settled based on the official result captured in the studio recording.

Game Malfunctions

In the event of a verifiable game malfunction that affects the outcome of a round – such as a software crash that prevents a slot spin from completing – the affected round will be voided and the stake returned. GBet Max will not honour claimed winnings from a round where a malfunction prevented a fair result from being determined. Malfunction determination is at the reasonable discretion of GBet Max's technical team.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

8Prohibited Conduct

9Account Suspension & Closure

GBet Max's Right to Suspend

GBet Max reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its reasonable discretion, including where these Terms and Conditions have been violated, where prohibited conduct has been identified, where account security is at risk, or where regulatory obligations require it. In cases of verified violations, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited.

Player-Initiated Closure

You may request to close your GBet Max account at any time by contacting support. Before closing, any remaining balance will be refunded to your registered payment method minus any applicable bonus amounts that have not met wagering requirements. Account closure requests are typically processed within 24 hours.

Self-Exclusion
